Biography

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Ran a career best time in the 500m at the Hamilton Invitational Feb. 4 running a 1:11.19, good for 8th place.

Outdoor: Placed 4th in the 400m hurdles at the UR Alumni Invitational after recording a time of :57.63, a lifetime best.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Ran the 400m in a career best time :54.62, good for 9th place at the RIT Early Season Opener...Was a part of the 3rd place 4x400m relay team at the Hamilton Invitational where they ran 3:32.21.

Outdoor: Ran to a season best time of :58.25 in the 400m hurdles at the NYSCTC Championships, earning 16th place in the process.
