At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Was a double state champion in his senior season winning both the 3000m (8:47.07) and the 5000m (15:21.08) at the NYSCTC Championships...Placed 22nd at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships in the 5000m...Posted a career best time in the 3000m (8:44.08) at the NYU Division III Challenge Feb. 18...Won the 3000m at the Hamilton Invitational at Feb. 4.

Outdoor: Competed and finished 16th in the 10000m at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships after running a 31:54.52...Earned a spot in NCAA's after running a personal best 30:22.28 in the 10k at the Penn Relays Apr. 26...Was a NYSCTC Champion in the 5000m after running a 15:02.76...Won the 5000m at the UR Alumni Invitational Apr. 14.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Finished in 2nd place at the NYU Team Challenge in the 3000m, earning a time of 8:47.95...Earned solid finishes at the NYSCTC Championships in both the 5000m (4th) and 3000m (7th).

Outdoor: Was the NYSCTC Champion in the 10000m after running a 31:46.47...Placed 2nd at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships after posting a season best 31:18.03 in the 10k...Won the 10000m at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 9.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Ran to a 3rd place finish at the St. Lawrence Invitational 5000m...Earned 5th place at the NYSCTC Championships in the 5000m after posting a time of 15:32.71...Also, finished 12th at states in the 3000m.

Outdoor: The sophomore earned the win at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 10000m run...Ran to a 2nd place finish with a time of 32:01.37 at the NYSCTC Championships in the 10000m...Placed 4th at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships in the 10k.

At UR 2008-09: Indoor: Placed in 8th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m after scoring a time of 8:54.66...Was 9th at the Syracuse Invitational in the 3000m.

Outdoor: The freshman posted a 7th place finish in the 10000m run at the NYSCTC Championships.
