At UR 2011-12: Outdoor: Finished off his UR career with a spectacular spring season on the track with eight event wins...Competed in and finished 9th in the 800m at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships after running a 1:51.28...Finished 2nd and broke his own school record in the 800m at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 1:50.73...Ran a career best 3:52.15 in the 1500m at the Swarthmore Last Chance meet, a time good enough to be ranked in the top 30 in the nation...Was a double winner at the NYSCTC Championships, taking titles in the 800m and 1500m...Also was a double winner at the UR Alumni Invitational (800m, 4x400m) and at the Cortland Classic (800m, 1500m)...Finished 4th of 117 runners in the 1500m at the Danny Curran Invitational.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Compiled five total wins in the 2011 indoor season...Two wins came as state titles in the Distance Medley Relay (10:22.73) and the 4x800m relay (7:57.62)...At the ECAC Indoor Championships in March, finished 2nd overall and achieved a NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 800m (1:53.58, 18th fastest in D-III) and was a part of the 4x800m relay (7:50.27) that finished 3rd and set a new school record.

Outdoor:  Qualified to compete in the NCAA Division III National Championships where he placed in 19th place in the 800m...Achieved six wins and two 2nd place finishes during the 2011 outdoor campaign, coming in four different events (800m, 1500m, 4x400m, DMR)...He was also a member of the 1st place 4x800m relay team (7:42.71) which set a new school record at the NYSCTC Championships...Additionally he won another state crown in the 800m (1:53.38).

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Placed 2nd at the NYSCTC Championships in the 4x800m relay...Also finished 3rd in the 500m dash where he posted a time of 1:07.73...Competed at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships where he placed 6th in the 500m after a performance of 1:07.73.

Outdoor: Earned 2nd place at the NYSCTC Championships in the 1500m after a time of 4:00.35...Also competed in the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships in both the 1500m and the 4x400m.
