At UR 2012-13: Indoor: The senior broke his own school record in the heptathlon at the NYSCTC Championships, scoring 4342 points en route to a 5th place finish in the event...He also placed 8th in the multi-event competition at the ECAC Indoor Championships, scoring 4245 points at the Armory in NYC...Also, placed 12th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 60m hurdles, posting a time of 8.85 seconds.

Outdoor: Competed in team high nine meets during spring season...During the NYSCTC Championships, scored in the 110m hurdles (7th) in a time of :15.65, a season best...Qualfied for the same event at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Earned a career best time (:56.96) in the 400m hurdles at the SJFC Cardinal Classic on Apr. 27...Honored for academics by CoSIDA as member of the Capital One Academic All-District 1st Team.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: The junior qualified for the ECAC Division III indoor heptathlon where he ended up in 3rd place (4314 points) while setting career best marks in both the shot put (9.16m) and the pole vault (3.50m)...Placed 2nd at the NYSCTC Indoor Heptathlon (4250pts) while winning the high jump (1.87m) in that event...Also finished 5th at states in the 60m hurdles which he ran in 8.79 seconds.

Outdoor: Finished 9th at the NYSCTC Decathlon with 5053 points...Placed 7th in the 110m hurdles at states, running a career best :15.44 in the prelims...Also competed at the NYSCTC meet in the high jump, triple jump and 400m hurdles...Finished 17th in the 110m hurdles at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships with a run of :16.01.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Finished 4th in the NYSCTC Pentathlon (career best 3,065 pts) while setting personal bests in the 55m hurdles (8.20 sec.) and 1000m run (2:47.87)...Finished 9th at the ECAC Division III Indoor Pentathlon with 3036 points...Placed 3rd at the NYU Team Challenge in the 60m hurdles after running in 8.91 seconds.

Outdoor: Produced lifetime best result in the 1500m (4:37.01) and won the high jump (1.81m) en route to scoring a personal best 5171 points and 8th place finish in the NYSCTC Decathlon...Placed 1st in the 400m hurdles at the RWC Open Apr. 2nd after running a :58.93.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Finished 7th in the NYSCTC Pentathlon after scoring 2995 points over the multi-event competition.

Outdoor: Earned two 5th place finishes at the Hamilton Continental Invitational in the 110m hurdles (:16.13) and high jump (1.75m)...Ran :16.33 in the 110m hurdles and finished 6th at the UR Alumni Invitational...Competed in both hurdle events at the NYSCTC Championships as a freshman.

HS: West Genesee HS alum who competed in cross country and track and field for the Wildcats...Earned four varsity letters in each sport and named team captain as a senior...MVP for outdoor track and also earned Hammer Award for hardest worker...Was a national qualifier in the pentathlon as a senior...All-League selection in 2008 and 2009 in pentathlon, 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles...Team qualfied for NYS Federation Championships in 2008 in cross country...Member of the National Honor Society.
