Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships in the 10k where he would just miss the scoring in finishing 9th in a time of 33:21.15, a career best...Earned another career mark in the 5000m at the W&L Carnival where he beat over half the field in a time of 15:48.50, his first sub-16 minute time in the event.
At UR 2011-12: Outdoor: Competed in three events as a junior during the spring...Posted a season best time of 16:34.21 in the 5000m at the RWC Raider Open on Apr. 28.
At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Placed 6th in the 5000m at the Hamilton Invitational where he ran a 16:35.33...Also finished in 6th at the RIT Orange/Brown Invite after running a 16:46.88 in the 5k.
Outdoor: Earned a season best 6th place in the 5000m at the RWC Raider Open where he ran 16:48.36...Posted a career best time in the 10000m (33:38.66) en route to 8th place at the UR Alumni Invitational Apr. 9...Posted a 13th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships in the 10000m, running a 33:44.08.
At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Ran 9th at the RIT Invitational in the 5000m, posting a time of 16:56.37...Also finished 9th at the RIT Last Chance Invitational where he ran a season best 16:51.22 in the 5k.
Outdoor: As a freshman, finished 15th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 10000m after running in a time of 34:25.18.
HS: Attended Penfield HS where he ran on the cross country and track and field teams for four years.
