At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Competed in six indoor events as a senior...Placed 1st in the mile at the Ithaca College Invitational in a career best time of 4:29.98...Also, was first in the 5000m at the Brockport Invitational on Feb. 2...Competed in the mile event at the NYSCTC Championships where he finished in 9th place...Also, ran on the 4000m distance medley relay which placed 11th at the ECAC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the spring season...Best finish came at the Rochester Spring Invitational where he ended in 9th place in the 1500m.

At UR 2011-12: Outdoor: Placed 12th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 1500m after running a personal best 4:07.90 in the event.

At UR 2010-11: Outdoor: Earned 5th place at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational in the 5000m run, recording a time of 16:54.03...Earned 11th in the 5k at the RWC Open.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Earned 9th place in his first college event, the mile (4:38.42) at the RIT Early Season Opener...Ran a career best time in the 3000m (9:16.09) at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational...Finished 9th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 1000m run, running a 2:38.05 after setting a career best mark in the event a week earlier (2:37.47) at the RIT Last Chance Open.

HS: Hamburg HS graduate...Ran cross country and track and field for the Bulldogs...Captained the cross country squad as a senior.
