At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Placed 8th at the NYU Division III Challenge in the 500m dash, recording a career best time of 1:09.92...Earned 15th place at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, running a 1:10.33.

Outdoor: The senior ran to a 33rd place finish (of 117 runners) in the 1500m at the Danny Curran Invitational Mar. 30-31, running a career best 4:10.54...Ran a career best 9:49.10 in the 3000m steeplechase at the UR Alumni Invitational, good for 4th place...Also finished 4th in the 3000m steeple at the Cortland Classic Apr. 21...Just missed scoring for UR with a 9th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase (9:52.94).

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Ran the 500m dash in 1:10.52, good for 4th at the RIT Early Season Opener Dec. 11...Finished the mile in 4:33.73 which was a career best, en route to a 13th place finish at the Cornell Kane Invitational...Placed 14th at the NYSCTC Championships in the mile.

Outdoor: Finished 8th in the 400m hurdles at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational on Apr. 17...Competed in the 400m hurdles at the NYSCTC Championships.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Placed 10th at the St. Lawrence Invitational in the 500m, running 1:11.54...Earned an 11th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships in the 1000m, running in a career best 2:39.03.

Outdoor: Placed 13th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 400m hurdles, finishing in a time of :59.82.
