At UR 2011-12: Indoor: The senior achieved three event wins during the indoor season...Placed first in the mile at the Hamilton Continental Invitational (career best 4:24.82) and in the 1000m at the RIT Early Season Opener (2:23.60)...Was a part of the 1st place 4x800m relay team at the NYSCTC Championships where they ran a 7:58.41...Also placed 2nd in the 800m at the NYSCTC meet, running a 1:58.58...Competed at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships in the 1000m and finished 9th, posting a career best time of 2:32.12...Also placed 6th at the same event in the 4x800m relay.

Outdoor: Was a part of the NYSCTC Champion 4x800m relay team that ran a 7:44.73 on May 5...Also scored for UR at the NYSCTC Championships in the 4x400m relay (5th, 3:24.27) and the 1500m (7th, career best 4:00.63)...Member of the 4x800m relay that finished 3rd in 7:46.97 at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team which placed 1st (10:22.73) at the NYS meet in February...Also was a part of the 4x800m relay (7:50.27) that finished 3rd and set a new school record at the ECAC Championships.

Outdoor: At a Roberts Wesleyan meet in April, was a part of the 4x400m relay (3:29.33) which finished 1st and finished 2nd overall in the individual 800m (1:59.52)...Was a member of the State Champion 4x800m relay team (7:42.71) which set a new school record in the event.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Was part of a 4x800 meter relay team that finished fifth in the ECAC Indoor Championships, with a time of 7:57.12.
