At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Competed in the NYSCTC Championships in the mile run where he finished in 13th place running in a time of 4:39.73.

Outdoor: Placed 10th at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, running a season best 9:28.27...Earned his only college victory at the Allegheny College Gator Invitational running the 3000m steeple in a time of 9:38.32...Placed 5th (9:41.56) at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase...Earned two 2nd place finishes in the 3000m steeplechase at the Danny Curran Invitational and UR Alumni Invitational.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Finished 3rd in the 3000m (8:59.47) at the Tiger Invitational at RIT...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships where he ran the 3000m.

Outdoor: Placed 4th at the ECAC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, in a time of 9:26.22, a career best...Placed 5th at the NYSCTC Championships after posting a time of 9:29.80 in the 3000m steeplechase...Finished a season best 2nd in the 5000m (16:04.28) at a Roberts Wesleyan meet in April.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Ran to a 14th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m, posting a time of 9:12.50.

Outdoor: At the SUNY Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational, he finished 4th in the 5000, recording a time of 15:44.42.

At UR 2008-09: Indoor: Placed 10th in the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m run, scoring a time of 8:56.57...Participated in the 3000m run at the ECAC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Placed 5th as a freshman in the 3000m steeplechase at the NYSCTC Championships, running in a time of 9:35.80.
