At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Earned three top 4 finishes at the NYSCTC Championships, where he was 2nd in the 400m (:50.29), 3rd in the 4x400m (3:27.99) and 4th in the 200m (:22.93)...Ran a season best :50.14 in the 400m en route to a 12th place finish at the ECAC DIII Indoor Championships on Mar. 2...Was a winner in the 500m (1:08.81) at the Hamilton Invitational Jan. 21...Ran on the 2nd place distance medley relay team at the NYU Division III Challenge Feb. 18, the time of 10:12.04 was good enough to be ranked 30th in all of Division III.

Outdoor: Qualified in three events at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships, placing in the top 20 in the 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m...Won two events at the UR Alumni Invitational, running a season best :49.57 in the 400m and as a part of the 4x400m team that ran 3:21.99...Posted a career best time of :11.41 in the 100m dash which was good for 6th at the Rochester Spring Invite...Following the season was named a Capital One Academic All-American as named by CoSIDA.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Compiled three relay wins during the course of the season...Member of 4th place 4x200m relay (1:32.82) and was a part of the 3rd place 4x400m relay team (3:27.22) at the NYSCTC Championships...Was a part of the 8th place Distance Medley Relay (10:08.02) which nearly broke a 32-year old school record and produced a lifetime best time in the 500m (1:06.40) at the ECAC Championships.

Outdoor: Earned 4 ECAC berths (2 relay, 2 individual) and 1 win during the season...Earned a 2nd place finish in the 400m (48.98) at the NYSCTC Championships.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: At the Rider-Lafayette Winter Games, he was part of a 4x400 relay team which finished in 3:26.04, qualifying them for the ECAC Indoor Championships.
