At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Was one of the top short sprinters on the squad as a junior, competing in both the 60 meters and 200 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished tenth in the 60 (season-best 8.22 sec) and was 23rd in the 200 meters (27.65 sec) at the conference meet...Overall, appeared at seven competitions and finished inside the top-8 a total of seven times throughout the season...Runner-up on UR's 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup in late January...Was sixth individually in the 60 meters and ended third on the 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 21.

Outdoor: Made six appearances...Placed 13th in the 100 meters (PR 12.94 sec) and was fourth in the 4x100 meter relay (49.63 sec) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, helping Rochester to the team title...Had two runner-up finishes at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 19, coming in the 100 meters and 4x100 meter relay...Three top-8 results at the Rochester Spring Twilight, including a win on UR's 4x100 meter relay...Nine total top-8 finishes on the season...Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Sophomore sprinter competed seven times during the indoor season...Ran in both the 60 and 200 meters at Liberty Leagues...Helped UR's 4x200m Relay to a fourth-place result (1:51.84) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8...Earned a trio of top-four results at the RIT February Friday Invitational, placing first in the 4x200 Relay (1:53.31) and fourth in the 60 meters (8.32) and 200 meters (4th, 27.97)...Added a sixth-place result in the 60 meters (8.24) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16...Qualified for regionals and competed in the 4x200 Relay, placing 12th (1:48.32).

Outdoor: Ran in five meets, capping off the outdoor season with First-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x100 Relay (1st, 47.98)...Also competed in the 100 meters at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 13th (13.14)...USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the 4x100 Relay...Finished in the top 10 five times...Tallied two top-10 results in the 4x100 Relay (2nd, 50.33) and 100 meters (8th, 13.01) while setting a PR in the 200 meters (18th, 27.43) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 7...Scored a season-high seventh-place finish in the 100 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Named to Liberty League All-Academic Team.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed across four meets during indoor season...Ran at the Liberty League Championships in the 60 meters and secured 8th place with a finals time of 8.22 seconds...8.16 seconds was season-best time, coming in the Liberty League prelims...Had five top-10's on the year, including two at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28, earning 2nd on UR's 4x200 meter relay and 10th in the 60 meters.

Outdoor: Made six meet appearances...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships and finished in 11th place after running 13.11 seconds in the prelims...Earned six top-10 results on the season, including two at the Brockport Multi & Invitational (3rd 4x100m, 7th 100m)...Had season-best time of 13.01 seconds in the 100 meters at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, placing 14th.

HS: Attended Dublin Coffman HS...Participated in track and field for the Shamrocks, competing in sprint events...Personal-best times of 8.65 seconds in the 60 meters, 13.16 seconds in the 100 meters, 27.36 seconds in the 200 meters...Class Valedictorian.
