Outdoor: Competed at five meets, including the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Was 16th in the discus (31.41 meters), 17th in the javelin (25.56 meters) and 21st in the hammer throw (31.44 meters) at the conference meet...Secured a top-10 result in the javelin at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on Mar. 29...Was 14th with a personal-best mark of 32.72 meters in the discus at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 19, also ending 11th in the javelin at the same meet...PR of 33.29 meters in the hammer throw at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational and had season-best 27.99 meter mark in the javelin at the same competition.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Saw action in six meets, competing in the throws, jumps and vaults...Notched a season-best mark and finish in the pole vault (13th, 2.30m) at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20...Tallied a pair of season highs at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9, finishing 17th (4.77m) in the long jump and 23rd (9.75m) in the weight throw.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets outdoors, participating in the throwing events...Placed in the discus (20th, 29.28m), hammer throw (19th, 28.32m) and javelin toss (15th, 27.15m) at Liberty Leagues, recorded a season-best mark in the discus...Notched a pair of top-five results in the javelin...Earned an eighth-place result in the javelin with a season-best throw of 28.15m at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 7...Scored a season-best fifth-place finish in the javelin (27.41m) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26, and added a season-best throw in the hammer (30.96m).

HS: Attended Uniondale High School...Competed in track and field for the Knights as a thrower and pole vaulter...All-County in both the pole vault and discus...PRs of 28' in the shot put, 8' 6'' in the pole vault and 99' 9'' in the discus.
