At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Placed runner-up in the pentathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, accumulating a school record 3,698 points, the fifth best score ever in Division III track and field for her fifth career All-American honor...Was named Liberty League Field Athlete of the Year and Atlantic Region Field Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA...Broke another school record, coming in the 60 meter hurdles, clocking in 8.80 seconds at the NCAA Championships...Had indoor personal best marks in three events at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, coming in the 200 meters (26.85 seconds), long jump (5.61 meters) and shot put (11.86 meters)...Ended up with 1st Team All-Conference honors in the 60 meter hurdles following her win, and was Honorable Mention All-League in the long jump...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pentathlon and 60 meter hurdles...Natioanlly ranked in the top-20 in three events during the regular season, including the pentathlon (#1), 60m hurdles (#9) and long jump (#19)...Honored by the Liberty League as Track Performer of the Week once and Field Performer of the Week on two occasions...Accumulated six total event wins during the season and three other top-3 finishes...Picked as team captain by her peers for the second straight season.

Outdoor: Missed final outdoor season of senior year due to injury...Was honored for the second straight year as the Jerry Flynn Local College Female Athlete of the Year from the Rochester Press-Radio Club...UR Athletic Department Merle Spurrier Award recipient as top female senior athlete...Chosen as Academic All-District by CoSIDA and member of the Liberty League All-Academic team...Named Google Cloud Academic All-American (2nd Team) for the third straight season, becoming the second female in UR history to earn three AAA honors...Selected as All-Academic honoree from the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Another fantastic season indoors which ended in All-American honors in the pentathlon after her 4th place finish at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships...Recorded a school-record 3,553 points in the event...Earned All-Liberty League 2nd team honors in the 4x400 meter relay, long jump and 60 meter hurdles after runner-up finishes in those events at the conference championships...Also, was 4th in the Liberty League high jump and 6th in the 200 meters and shot put...Only one finish lower and 7th in 19 event appearances across seven meets...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pentathlon...Led UR with top marks in six disciplines in 2017-18...Ended season ranked #3 in NCAA Division III in the pentathlon, #47 in the 60 meter hurdles, #50 in the high jump, #69 on the 4x400 meter relay and #90 in the long jump...Career-best long jump mark of 5.33 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and personal-best shot put toss of 11.41 meters at the Liberty League Championships...Liberty League Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 26...Team captain for her junior season.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Was NCAA Division III National Champion and All-American in the indoor pentathlon, scoring a school record 3,528 points at the NCAA meet...Ranked 1st nationally all season long after her score of 3,412 points from the Brockport Multi & Invitational in January...Named NYSCTC Field Performer of the Meet at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships when she won three events, capturing the pentathlon (3,398 points), 60 meter hurdles (9.10 seconds) and high jump (1.65 meters)...School record time in the 60 meter hurdles of 9.01 seconds came in the pentathlon competition at states...Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the high jump as well, placing 17th with a mark of 1.55 meters...Earned three All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA, coming in the pentathlon, 60 hurdles and high jump...Combined to win 10 event titles across seven meets.

Outdoor: Became third UR athlete ever to win two national championships, capturing the heptathlon at the NCAA Division III Championships with a school record score of 5,020 points, earning All-American honors in the process...During the NCAA competition, posted new school record in the 100 meter hurdles, clocking in at 14.44 seconds...Qualified individually in the 100 hurdles for nationals, ranking 22nd in NCAA Division III, but elected not to compete...Won all seven events at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon, scoring 4,937 points...Again was named NYSCTC Field Performer of the Meet after winning three titles (heptathlon, long jump, 100 hurdles) and finishing third in another event (high jump) at the meet...Had best mark on UR team across six different events...Earned three All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA, coming in the heptathlon, 100 hurdles and high jump...Recognized for work in the classroom as well, earning CoSIDA 2nd Team Academic All-American accolades, following Academic All-District award...Named to All-Academic Squad by the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Enjoyed phenomenal freshman season where she earned a berth into the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in the pentathlon...Ended the year ranked #19 in the event and finished 16th at NCAA's...Finished 4th at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the multi-event competition with a score of 3,187 points just a week after scoring her season best 3,245 points at the NYSCTC Championships, finishing 2nd...Also, finished 3rd at the NYSCTC meet in the 60m hurdles, clocking in at 9.46 seconds in the final...Named All-Region by the USTFCCCA...Led all UR athletes with an indoor high jump of 1.58m...Finished 1st in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 29.

Outdoor: Kept strong first season going with another scoring performance at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, ending 3rd in the heptathlon with a season best 4,306 points which ended the year ranked #31 in NCAA Division III...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the heptathlon...Posted season best marks of 2:32.95 in the 800m and 1.60m (also UR team best) at ECAC's...Also, finished 3rd at the NYSCTC meet in the heptathlon with her score of 3,801, where she finished in the top-5 in five of the seven events...Was also 6th in the high jump and 10th in the long jump at states...Lone win of the year came at the Nazareth ROC City Classic where she captured the 100m hurdle title in 15.26 seconds...Finished 2nd in two events, the high jump and 100m hurdles at the Rochester Spring Invite.

HS: Graduate of Altmar-Parish-Williamstown HS where she lettered in soccer, basketball and track and field for the Rebels...Captained all three teams her junior and senior years...Was 4-time MVP in each sport...Earned All-League honors in all three sports as well...Named All-Central NY women's track and field Athlete of the Year as a senior...Personal best score of 3337 in the pentathlon, PR of 14.79 seconds in 100m hurdles...Earned league and sectional titles and was 2014 New York State Pentathlon champion and Section III record holder...Class Valedictorian.
