HENRIETTA, NY – Rochester's men produced a high number of strong performances at the RIT Friday Meet against RIT and Ithaca. The Yellowjackets had three running champions and three runner-ups.

Four men placed in the top five of the 800.
Blaine Doyle was second (1:59.92),
Daniel Ford was third (2:00.06),
Max Hughes fourth (2:02.52), and
Christian Voloshen was fifth (2:02.83).
Scott Sikorski won the 1,500 in 3:59.0-2.
Carson Cummins was fifth (4:11.74) and
Sam Trawick was eighth (4:24.26).

Gabe Lundy was victorious in the 400 hurdles, timed in :54.86.
Garrett Dietrich was right behind in second place (:59.51). Dietrich was second in the 110 hurdles as well, in :17.58.
Jarod Forer finished fourth in the 110s at :19.05.

Joshua Agyarko Jr. was UR's top finisher in the two other sprint races. He was third in the 100 (:11.66) and fifth in the 200 (:23.96).
Steven Li was fourth in the 100 (:11.85).Â
Nate Brunacini ran to a fifth place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase (10:40.58).
Nick Gaitanis was Rochester's other running event champion. He was first to the line in the 5,000 (15:57.96).
Alec Glazier was third (16:48.69).

The 4x400 meter relay team was second in 3:27.00. The runners were
Andres Garcia Coleto, Lundy, Voloshen, and Doyle.

Garcia Coleto won the high jump, clearing 1.95 m. Forer was sixth in 1.70 m.
James O'Neill and
Ryan Swavely also won events. O'Neill was first in the javelin with a toss of 48.70 meters, while Swavely earned the victory in the hammer throw (52.58 m). O'Neill also was the runner-up in the discus throw (39.44 m.) and the shot put (13.59 m.) with Swavely placing third in the discus (39.14 m.).
In the shot,
Dylan Rykert was third (12.86),
Joe Bumpus sixth (12.08 m.), and
Kevin Fobare eighth (11.10 m.).
Nolan Ragland ended third in the hammer (47.97m) and
Joseph Varghese finished in the same place in the javelin (42.85m).

Kyle Lane won the triple jump with a distance of 13.00 m. He was fifth in the long jump (6.36 m.).
Terry Cook was second in the long jump (6.84 m.) with
Nick Donnell sixth (6.24 m.). Cook also placed third in the pole vault with a clearance of 4.40 meters.
