At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in six meets during senior season...Had best season-result of 6th place come at the Brockport Multi and Invitational on Feb. 8, being a part of UR's 4x400 meter relay...Top individual finish was 14th place result in the 600 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Opener in December.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Ran five times during junior season...Finished on 6th place 4x400 meter relay at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8, also ending 14th individually in the 300 meters...Two top-20's in the 200 meters and 400 meters at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, including the Liberty League Outdoor Championships where he finished in 12th place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.09...Season-best individual result of 7th place came at the SJFC Cardinal Classic in the 400 hurdles (1:01.54)...Competed on runner-up 4x400 meter relay at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 20...Earned a pair of 10th place results at the UR Alumni Invitational, coming in the 200 meters and 400 meters.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Eight meet appearances as a sophomore...Ran on UR's 4x200 meter relay which was 7th at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in 1:32.71...Individually, finished 18th at the Liberty League Championships in the 400 meters...Two top-5 finishes at the Houghton December Classic, running 4th in the 400 meters and on 5th place 4x400 meter relay...Season-best time in the 400 meters at the Cornell Deneault Invitational (52.99 seconds).
Outdoor: Saw action in eight more meets during the spring...Finished 11th in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Championships in a season-best time of 51.29 seconds...Was on runner-up 4x400 meter relay at the Delhi Bronco Classic on Apr. 14 and at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in four meets indoors during first year on the River Campus...Ran on 5th place 4x400 meter relay at the Utica Pioneer Invitational...Placed 7th in the 4x400 meter relay at the RIT Invitational, also finishing 17th individually in the 400 meters.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters, finishing that race in 19th place in 51.69 seconds, a season best time...Was on 1st place 4x400 meter relay team at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite...Earned best individual finish of the spring at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic, placing 15th in the 400 meters.
HS: Graduated from the Odyssey Academy where he was a four year member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Named indoor track captain as a senior...Personal bests of 1:31 in the 600 meters and 2:06 in the 800 meters while also posting a cross country 5k PR of 18:52.
Personal: Twin brother, Sean '20, also attends UR and is a member of the track and field program.
