At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season...Posted a 6th place finish in the 5k at the Brockport Invitational...Ran a career best 9:28.66 in the 3000m at the Brockport Alumni Run on Dec. 8.

Outdoor: In three meets, earned a seasons best finish of 3rd in the 10000m at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 6...Ran the race in 33:41.06, completing a Rochester 1-2-3 sweep.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Placed third in the 5000m run at the RIT Black/Orange Invitational running a 16:07.33.

Outdoor: Ran to an 8th place finish of 26 competitors in the 10000m at the 2012 Danny Curran Invitational.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Placed 4th for a season best finish in the 5000m at the RIT Orange/Brown Invite Feb. 18.

HS: Attended Lake Forest HS where he ran three years of cross country for the Scouts...Named All-Conference in 2008 and 2009 while qualifying for states in 2008...Helped team to win county and regional titles in 2009...Named Academic All-Conference for three years.
