At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Junior competed in two meets...Ran the 60 meters at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 9th in the prelims (8.22)...Opened the year with a third-place result in the 60 meters (8.10) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8.
Outdoor:Â Did not make any appearances outdoors as a junior...Selected as a Provost Circle Scholar...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Appeared five times for Rochester during sophomore season...Started season strong with a win on UR's 4x200 meter relay (1:50.46) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 60 meters, making the final and finishing in 6th place with a season-best time of 8.10 seconds...Added runner-up 4x200 meter relay finish at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup and was 9th in the 60 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Four appearacnes...Competed at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships and ended 8th in the 100 meters with a 12.90 second time (12.83 seconds prelims), helping Rochester to the team title...Finished 6th in the 100 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Three overall top-10 results on the year...Liberty League All-Academic honors.
At UR 2021-22:Â Indoor:Â Competed at eight different meets...Finished 4th in the 60 meters (8.01 seconds) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships on Feb. 26...Earned 14th place result in the 60 meters at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Turned in 1st place finishes in the 4x200 meter relay (1:51.11) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10, and in the 4x400 meter relay (4:09.63) at the Bomber Invitational on Feb. 6...Nine Top-10 finishes and seven Top-5 finishes.
Outdoor:Â Appeared in three meets, running the 100 meters in all three...Season-best 11th-place finish (13.29) at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on April 24...Finished 17th in the 100 meters at the Liberty League Championships.
HS: Attended the Taft School in Watertown, CT...Earned varsity letters in soccer and indoor and outdoor track and field...Named All-League in the 100 meters as a sophomore...Helped 4x100 meter relay team place sixth at the state championship the same season...Personal-best of 12.86 seconds in the 100 meters and 27.01 seconds in the 200 meters...Voted Class President for two years...Part of Cum Laude Honors Society...Participated in club track and field with Litchfield Track Club, and competed at Junior Olympics.
