At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Remarkable junior season with Rochester, helping the Yellowjackets 4x400 meter relay team secure the ninth national title in school history...Relay team took home 1st place at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships with a Division III record time of 3:44.84, earning her first All-America honor...Captured two titles at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, winning the 400 meters (personal-best :57.71) and 4x400 meter relay, also chipping in 3rd place result on 4x200 meter relay...Earned All-Liberty League 2nd Team honors in the 200 meters and 400 meters after runner-up finishes at the conference meet...USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region honors in the 4x400 meter relay...Secured eight wins and 16 top-3 finishes during 10 meets on the season...Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Week on Feb. 6...Ended regular season ranked #6 in Division III in the 4x400 meter relay and was 31st individually in the 400 meters...Double-winner at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9 and the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor:Â Appeared in seven meets including the Liberty League and AARTFC meets indoors...Took home two 1st place finishes in the 4x200 meter relay (1:51.11) at the Nazareth Alumni Meet on Dec. 10 and the 4x400 meter relay (4:13.26) and the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22...Totaled eight Top-10 finishes...Competed at the AARTFC Meet in the 200 meters, finishing in 15th place...8th place in the 60 meters and 11th place in the 200 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships.
Outdoor:Â USTFCCCA All-Region in the 4x100 meter relay...Finished 16th in the 4x100 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Championships...Ranked 20th in the NCAA with a 4x100 relay time of 47.31 seconds, set at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier on May 15...Earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x100 meter relay (1st, :48.27), adding podium finishes in the 100 meters (6th, 12.70 seconds) and 200 meters (5th, 25.79 seconds) as well...Helped break the 4x100 school record three times, first at the UR Spring Classic on Apr. 8 (1st, :48.19), again at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 23-24 (1st, :47.66)Â and finally at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier on May 15 (2nd, :47.31)...Finished 3rd on 4x100 meter relay at the AARTFC Championships and also competed in the 200 meters where she finished 16th...17 Top-10 finishes, 12 Top-5 finishes and five 1st place finishes, coming in the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays...Helped UR's 4x400 relay team to a 1st place finish (4:05.50) at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8...USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree and member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran in two events at UR's lone indoor competition, the Nazareth Triangular...Finished 2nd in the 200 meters, clocking in with a time of 27.05 seconds, good enough to earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors...Also, was on UR's 'B' relay in the 4x400 meters which ranked 4th in the race.
Outdoor: Appeared nine times during rookie season outdoors, being one of UR's most reliable sprinters...Competed in three events at the AARTFC Championships, finishing 3rd on the 4x100 meter relay which set a new UR record of 48.20 seconds...Also, was 7th in the 100 meters (13.09) and 17th in the 400 meters (1:02.59)...Earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors following win in 4x100 meter relay at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships...Podium finishes in the 100 meters (3rd, HM All-League) and 200 meters (6th) at the conference meet as well...All-Region honors in the 4x100 meter relay which also ranked inside the top-40 in NCAA Division III this season...Eight total wins on the year, including two at the RIT-UR-Union Tri-Meet on Mar. 27 and at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3.
