At UR 2013: The senior ran in five events during his final season, placing a season best 8th at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14...Posted season best time of 26:11.5 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 19...Was the third UR finisher at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, placing in 48th place...Honored by USTFCCCA as All-Academic selection while also being named to the UAA's All-Academic squad.

At UR 2012: The junior was one of Rochester's top runners, competing in eight races and helping the Yellowjackets to a 21st place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana...Placed 3rd at the Oswego State Invitational (9/8) and 4th at the NYSCTC Championships (10/20) helping the 'Jackets to team titles in both events...Recorded a seasons best time of 25:58.1 in a 16th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Genesee Valley Park on Nov. 10...Named to All-Academic team by the UAA and USTFCCCA...Earned 1st Team Academic All-District honors as voted on by members of CoSIDA.

At UR 2011: Sophomore season was highlighted by competing in 5 races, compiling an average finish of 52nd place...Best finish of the year came at the home Yellowjacket Invitational, where he placed 15th and helped the Yellowjackets take the team title...Also finished 16th and the UB Stampede Invitational.

HS: Attended Lexington HS where he earned letters in cross country and track and field for the Minutemen...Team captain of XC and outdoor track teams as a senior...Named All-Conference in XC along with indoor and outdoor track...Helped track teams to indoor and outdoor State titles as a freshman...Team qualified for state XC meet as a senior...Personal best of 16:40 in the 5K and 4:40 in the mile.
