At UR 2013: The senior exceeded on the course and in the classroom in final year at UR...Competed in six races, including running as an individual at the NCAA Division III Championships...Placed 133rd of 275 at NCAA's, posting a time of 26:08.3...Career best time of 25:57.4 for an 8k event at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, finishing in 12th place individually...Ended year with five top-15 finishes, with a best result of 3rd place coming at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14...Honored as Academic All-District selection by CoSIDA...Also, selected All-Academic by the USTFCCCA and UAA.

At UR 2012: Was again one of UR's top racers, competing in seven events including the NCAA Division III Championships...Was UR's 2nd finisher at NCAA's (156th) and helped UR earn 21st place...Won the season opening Oswego State Invitational in a time of 26:09.4...His best time of 26:02.0 was run at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...Named to UAA's All-Academic squad for his efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2011: As a sophomore, ran in eight races...Was one of seven Yellowjackets to compete at the NCAA Division III Championships, where he helped UR earn a 22nd place finish...Achieved a season best 3rd place finish at the season opening Brockport Invitational...Finished in 17th place at the NYSCTC Championships Oct. 22.

HS: Attended Newton South HS where he earned letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track...Co-captain of all three teams as a senior...Team MVP during indoor track and field as a junior...Earned All-League honors seven times across all three sports...Also earned All-State recognition five times during career...Personal best time of 4:30 in the mile and 2:34 in the 1000m.
