At UR 2013: Senior competed in five events, placing a season best 29th at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational...Season best time of 27:22.2, finishing 32nd of 162 runners at the Oswego State Invitational...Member of UAA's All-Academic squad.

At UR 2012: Ran in four races during junior season...Earned a top finish of 22nd place (season best 27:04) at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, helping UR to 2nd place...Earned spot of UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2011: Ran in five meets as a sophomore...Earned three top 50 finishes on the season, with his best result being two 42nd place finishes at the UB Stampede Invitational and the Harry Anderson Invitational.

HS: Attended Wheatland-Chili HS where he ran cross country, swam and was a member of the track and field team...Team captain in both XC and track his junior and senior seasons...Earned All-County in all three sports as a senior...Personal best of 27:04 in the XC 8k and has run a 4:37 in the mile.

Family: Father Glen Cyganik ('79) attended the University of Rochester and played football and baseball for the Yellowjackets.
