At UR 2013: Senior ran in five races during final season on River Campus...Posted a personal best time of 27.27.6 in a 35th place finish at the season opening Oswego State Invite...Finished season best result of 31st place at the Harry Anderson Invitational on Sep. 28...Member of UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: Competed in four races during his junior season...Best finish (31st) and time (27:48) came at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sept. 29...Honored with spot on UAA's All-Academic team following the season.

At UR 2011: As a sophomore, competed in four events...Finished in a seasons best 15th place at the season opening Brockport Invitational helping lead the Yellowjackets to the team title...Compiled a 48th place average finish on the year.

HS: Attended Penfield HS where he lettered in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track...Named XC captain in 2009 while being named indoor and outdoor track and field captain in 2010...Named All-County in 2009 for his efforts in cross country...Helped Patriots to Section V title in 2007...Member of the National Honor Society.

Family: Father, Bob ('80), attended UR and was a member of the Yellowjacket golf team.
