At UR 2012: The junior had a great season, competing in seven races...Ran in the NCAA Division III Championships and helped UR achieve a 21st place finish...Seasons best result was 22nd place at the NYSCTC Championships...Posted his seasons top time in the NCAA Atlantic Regional at GVP, running the course in 26:27.7, good for 46th place...Earned spot on the UAA All-Academic team following the season.

HS: Attended Berlin HS where he ran track, wrestled and played soccer for the Redcoats...Team captain of track and wrestling teams as a senior...MVP of track and field squad his junior year when he earned All-Conference honors...Posted a career wrestling mark of 60-18 during varsity career...Class valedictorian and member of the National Honor Society.
