At UR 2013: Competed in six races for UR as a senior, running the second most on the team...Posted season best time of 26:42.7 at the UAA Championships on Nov. 2, finishing 36th (3rd on UR)...Ended in 21st place at the Yellowjacket Invitational, helping UR to the team title...Named to UAA's All-Academic Team.

At UR 2012: Ran in six races for the Yellowjackets as a junior and finished in the top 50 twice on the year...Placed 14th (of 143) at the season opening Oswego State Invitational and ran to a 39th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships...Posted a seasons best time of 26:36.9 at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...Named All-Academic by the University Athletic Association.

At UR 2011: Sophomore ran in five races achieving an average finish of 33rd place...Best finish came September 24th in the Harry Anderson Invitational, where he placed in 16th.

HS: Ran cross country and track for North Penn HS...Earned team rookie of the year and clutch race award winner for the Knights...Member of the National Honor Society.
