At UR 2013: Ran in four races...The freshman ended in 14th place in his first career race, posting a time of 26:40.7 at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14, helping UR to team title...One of nine runners to represent UR at the UAA Invitational.

HS: Attended Archmere Academy where he lettered in cross country and track and field for the Auks...Named team captain of both squads as a senior...XC team MVP as a sophomore...3-time All-Conference and All-County selection in cross country, 2-time All-State honoree...Track and field All-County as a junior...Helped Auks to state runner up four years in a row...Was part of 4x800m relay that won a state title in 2013.
