At UR 2013: Senior participated in four races during final season at UR...Ran a season's best time of 27:39.7 at the Oswego State Invitational...Posted 36th place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Honored by UAA as member of All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: As a junior participated in five events...Posted a seasons best finish and time at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational where he finished 13th in a time of 26:34...Named to UAA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2011: Ran in five races his sophomore season...Earned his best finish on the year on Sept. 24th at the Harry Anderson Invitational where he placed 41st.

HS: Attended East Greenwich HS where he lettered in soccer and track and field for the Avengers...Named 2nd team All-Division in and Academic All-State in soccer...3rd Team All-State, 1st Team All-Class and 1st Team All-Division on the track...Helped team win state title in soccer and individually won a state title in track and field...Member of the National Honor Society.
