At UR 2013: Competed in five races during senior season, earning a season best finish of 21st (of 162) at the Oswego State Invitational, running a personal best time of 26:56.4...Ended in 39th place at the the NYSCTC Championship, finishing as UR's leading runner...Member of UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: As a junior ran in five races with a best finish coming in the season opening Oswego State Invitational where he placed 51st...Placed 53rd at the NYSCTC Championships in October...Member of UAA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2011: Sophomore season raced in seven meets...Best finish came September 24 at the Harry Anderson Invitational, placing 26th out of 117 runners...Compiled an average finish of 44th place.

HS: Attended Lake Forest HS where he ran three years of cross country for the Scouts...Named All-Conference in 2008 and 2009 while qualifying for states in 2008...Helped team to win county and regional titles in 2009...Named Academic All-Conference for three years.
